Kate Middleton and Prince William Celebrate Their Victory (Video) Sep 18th 2012, 16:46 Prince William and Kate Middleton won an injunction Tuesday against a Closer, the magazine publication that ran topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge. While vacationing in the Soloman Islands Prince William and Duchess Kate danced in celebration, while their lawyers were in court in France this morning to stop the magazine from continuing to publish pictures of the royal nipples. The photos ran last Friday in Closer, and Monday in its Italian sister magazine, Chi. The magazine has 24 hours to hand over the photos, even though the magazine doesn’t own them.
