The 54-year-old has reportedly revealed to his family that he is gay and it was that fact that caused his divorce from Jessica's mother Tina. According to the report, the former Baptist minister also has a much younger boyfriend! "Joe got the family together about two months ago and came out of the closet," an insider revealed. "He told them that he'd tried to continue in his marriage to Tina, but he couldn't go on any longer and deny the fact that he had these feelings for men." "Joe said it wasn't fair to her, and it wasn't fair to him." The confession is reportedly what led to the couple's September divorce after 34 years of marriage. The heartbroken Tina filed for divorce in Texas on September 24, citing "discord or conflict of personalities" as the reason for the split.
