NBC to air the failed Munsters reboot Mockingbird Lane as a Halloween special Oct 11th 2012, 22:40 MOCKINGBIRD LANE, the reboot of THE MUNSTERS that NBC sunk $10 million into developing will not make it to series. But, NBC needs to recoup their investment somehow, which is why we will get to watch it on national television just in time for Halloween.
