Leighton Meester's New Short Haircut Oct 26th 2012, 07:29 With Gossip Girl wrapping up, it would appear that Leighton Meester felt it was time for a change. And a radical one! The lovely young actress chopped off her long locks (or simply ditched her extensions, we never know who's got real hair in Hollywood and who's going on borrowed hair) and she even showed up at two different events with different hairstyles. Same haircut. I completely feel her new cut and I think it suits her way better than her old style. Below an image from the wrap – up party of Gossip Girl and another from the very recent 'Flaunt' dinner event. The young actress also revealed to JustJared that Lizzie Reilly (Gossip Girl's hairstylist) is the one who's responsible for the new short cut. How do you like Leighton Meester's new short hair?
