Private Practice RECAP 01/15/13: Season 6 Episode 12 "Full Release" Jan 15th 2013, 23:37 Private Practice returns to ABC tonight with a new episode called “Full Release.” On last week's show Amelia, now sober for more than a year and on the mend emotionally, went on a series of disastrous blind dates set up by the other doctors at the practice. After vowing to be alone indefinitely, she teamed up with James on a medical procedure, which led to dinner — and the dinner led to something completely unexpected. Did you watch last week's show?
