Taylor Swift has announced that she will go on tour next year to perform songs from her newly-released album, Red.

"I can't wait to play these new songs for all of you," said Taylor.

During the course of every show, Taylor plays a variety of instruments and performs her biggest hits and fan favorites from her four Big Machine Records albums.

"I didn't think I could be any more excited about my RED album, but then I start thinking about how I'm going to put the new show together for The RED Tour," says Taylor.

"I have so many ideas about how to really bring this music to life, and I can't wait to share the new show with all my fans!"

In addition to the tour, Taylor also revealed that her cat Meredith was the love of her life, that she worries about messing up on stage, and that she just wants to live her life.

“I want to live (life) one year at a time,” Swift said. “When I’m 22 I want to be 22, and when I’m 23 I want to be 23.”

She also said she never Googles herself because she puts a “huge priority on being happy” and explained why she never talks about her love life during interviews.

She won’t talk about them, but she’ll sing about them. I wonder how long before we have a song about Conor Kennedy?
