Demi Lovato got a new tattoo and it's actually pretty big!

The X Factor judge had her new ink done by the one and only Kat Von D, star of LA Ink and one time fiancee to Jesse James.

For her newest piece of body art, Lovato decided to get a flock of birds surrounding the word "Faith" on her forearm.

This is tattoo number twelve for the former Disney star! That's even more than Justin Bieber who only has eight.

Oh these teen stars and all their many tattoos. They are just so hardcore. [Eye roll]

Anyways, Demi showed off her new tat on Twitter and she also thanked Kat for her work.

“Thank you so much @thekatvond for my new ink!! I think it’s beautiful and I love it!,” Lovato tweeted.
