Lindsay Lohan ARRESTED For Punching Someone! Nov 29th 2012, 17:15 Lindsay Lohan was ARRESTED this morning in New York City! The "Liz & Dick" star was handcuffed at 4 AM this morning after allegedly punching a woman at an NYC nightclub! According to sources, Lindsay was at Club Avenue when all the drama began. Apparently Lohan got into an argument with a woman who was sitting in a separate booth near her. Lindsay was heard saying something to the effect of "Give me my space." Then something happened and the fight became physical and Lindsay punched the woman in the face! Lindsay tried fleeing the scene, but police stopped the car she was in just in time to make an arrest. Lohan was put in to handcuffs while she repeatedly kept saying, “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” Lindsay was taken to jail and booked for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault. She was also given a desk appearance ticket which requires her to show up to court for a hearing. Lindsay was released several hours later. In other "Lindsay is a total mess" news, Lohan will be charged today for three more crimes stemming from her car accident on Pacific Coast Highway last June. All these crimes will likely trigger a probation violation, if not many, and will result in Lindsay doing quite a bit of jail time! Oh Lindsay… some things never change.
