Will Lindsay Lohan Go To Jail? (Poll) Nov 30th 2012, 04:54 Despite going to rehab five times, Lindsay Lohan now faces FOUR (4) new criminal charges. Lindsay was charged with three misdemeanors for allegedly lying to Santa Monica police in connection with a June traffic accident on Pacific Coast Highway. One of these charges is giving false information to a peace officer which is punishable by up to 6 months in jail. These charges come just hours after the “Liz & Dick” actress was arrested in New York on suspicion of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, after she allegedly punched a woman in the face at Club Avenue in Manhattan’s fashionable meatpacking district. That’s charge number four. She allegedly punched the woman over Max from the boy band “The Wanted“. TMZ reports that Max was turned off by how drunk Lindsay was. There’s more… the victim, Tiffany Mitchell, claims that Lindsay’s attack was fueled by racial slurs. Tiffany’s friend claims that she heard Lindsay call her a “f**king Gypsy” … and it set her off. The friend went ballistic, unloading a bunch of insults back at Lindsay, calling her a “whore” and telling her “Liz & Dick sucked. At that point, Lindsay reportedly lost her cool and socked the psychic in the eye. Lindsay is set to face formal third-degree assault charges at an arraignment on January 7th.
