Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In Hotel Room! Sep 30th 2012, 20:16 Lindsay Lohan was assaulted this morning in her NYC hotel room by a guy she had just met! Police have arrested the man who allegedly went crazy and attacked the star. Apparently, Lindsay had met Christian LaBella at a nightclub in Chelsea and brought him back to her hotel with some friends. Later while in the hotel room Lindsay noticed he taking a candid picture of her and she called him out on it. According to sources, after Lindsay confronted LaBella he freaked out and pushed her onto the bed! Lindsay ran out of the room, but then returned for some reason. Once she was back, Labella attacked her, choked her, threw her onto the floor and jumped on top of her! Luckily one of Lindsay's friends was able to pull him off her. Lindsay then pulled the fire alarm and cops arrived just in time to arrest the attacker. A rep for Lohan released a statement saying, “Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized. The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation.” LaBella has been arrested on two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.

Last night during the first show of his long-awaited Believe tour, the Biebs literally vomited onstage. While performing his song "Out of Town Girl," Bieber suddenly stopped (unlike his vocals) and turned his back towards the crowd. Then the unthinkable happened… the singer started puking onstage while thousands of Beliebers cheered! He then ran off stage. Justin returned a little later and asked his fans "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?" Obviously, they took him back. After the show the singer tweeted, "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show!!!! Love u." "And …. Milk was a bad choice! Lol," Bieber added. Check out the puke-fest below… The singer will be returning to the stage tonight and I’m guessing he’ll be taking a pass on the milk.

Help kids choose better snacks Sep 29th 2012, 17:49 Children today get more than a quarter of their daily calories from junk food, snacking on salty and sugary treats three or even more times a day. Snacks play an important role in a child's nutrition by helping curb between-meal hunger and by providing them with more opportunities to eat healthy foods. The problem with many popular snacks is that they don't deliver much nutritionally, so parents should try to introduce their kids to healthy snack choices from an early age. Here are some great-tasting, healthy snacks worth considering: Edamame is a great snack for kids because a half cup serving of edamame contains 100 calories, 4 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protein. Edamame is the only vegetable that offers a complete protein profile equal to both meat and eggs. Protein aids in muscle growth while fiber helps you stay full. Edamame is rich in calcium, iron, zinc, and many of the B vitamins. You can find edamame in shelled or pod packages in the freezer section of most grocery stores or dried (for a crunchy snack). Kids love this snack because it's fun pop it right out of the pod.
