Male VS Female is an up and coming Electro/Dance group from New York who are hitting the scene with their debut single "Worth It."

The duo is comprised of Jillian Valentin and Omar Torres, two Brooklyn natives who have joined together to create awesome music!

In an exclusive interview, Jillian Valentine told Allie Is Wired all about Male VS Female as well as their new single!

"Male VS Female will give you soulful/ rock vocals over raw dirty Dutch house music," explains Valentin. "Our lyrics touch on the good and bad in relationships, freedom, and motivation all while uplifting your mood at any party."

Although Valentine says it's been a tough road getting to where they are now, she reveals that "one thing that has never changed was [their] love for music."

The most recent result of that love is the group's new single "Worth It," an anthem for being free from a not so great relationship.

“‘Worth It' is about breaking free from a relationship that’s not worth the effort keeping. It's definitely made for the newly single crowd, especially if you just freed yourself from someone who was wasting your time!"

The track, which was produced by New York’s own DJ Alkaline, is a total crowd pleaser. Its strong lyrics and funky, futuristic beats mesh surprisingly well and will definitely make you want to dance!

The song has even garnered a few remixes by Grammy nominated producer Mike Rizzo, Victor Ortiz, & Freddy Bastone.

Worth It” and its remixes are now available on iTunes, Amazon.com, Beatport.com and Virgin Media.
