Lindsay Lohan Is Uncontrollable Feb 13th 2013, 19:19 Lindsay Lohan is completely unmanageable. Photographer Grigor Balyan recently filed a lawsuit against Lindsay, claiming that she's been too busy partying to attend deposition regarding his open lawsuit against her. She has no time for silly lawsuits. Balyan says that Lohan's assistant drove into him while leaving a Hollywood nightclub in 2010 and that Lindsay was in the passenger seat. Lindsay’s attorney, Julia Azrael, has officially gone on the record (by filing her own docs) saying that she shouldn’t be held responsible for Lindsay's poor behavior. "I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition. I do not know how to reach her directly,” Azrael wrote. Azrael also says that she has to go through Lohan's other lawyer, Mark Heller, to establish communication with LiLo. Azrael also suspects that Heller has been "stringing her along."
