Paris Hilton Turns Boyfriend's Injury Into Photo Op (Photos) Feb 18th 2013, 17:39 Paris Hilton‘s model boyfriend, River Viiperi, was seriously injured after taking a tumble on the slopes in Lake Tahoe, California. River was taken to a local hospital for treatment where Paris stayed by his side, taking photo after photo. The pouting lip is a nice touch. Posting the images to her Pheed account Paris wrote: “Such a scary day on the slopes today. After seeing the gash on @RiverViiperi’s leg, I almost passed out. I have never seen a cut that deep in my life. He is so brave, I can’t even imagine the pain he went through today.” The whole incident was so scary, she even took close-up shots of the wound. [click thumbnails for a larger image] River later thanked his girlfriend for her support, tweeting: “Back in Lalaland safe & sound thanks to my gorgeous blondie @ParisHilton always taking such good care of me #LoveU” These two were made for each other.
