They have been in couples therapy for awhile now. However, sources reports that it isn’t working. Despite seeking the help of Doctor Adrien Survol Rivin, rumors persist that things are on the decline for the couple. I am sure it has little do with festering tension due to Gavin hooking up with a dude or fathering a love child. Gwen has endured a lot and they are a repeat couple on the divorce rumor mill. A source told me that Gavin is constantly cheating on her. He has a couple of go-to-girlfriends in several cities. Stefani turns a blind eye to it because she adores Rossdale and one of her biggest fears is losing him. “It’s kinda sad,” the insider added.”Sometimes she panders to him. It’s one of the reasons her red lips are a staple with her. It was part of her look before Gavin, but he likes it so she makes sure to wear it when he is around.” The source added, “You won’t see them splitting if Gwen has any say in it. She will do anything to keep him and the family intact. She has her frosty moments, but she always backs down once Gavin pours on some charm.”
