Wired Exclusive: Smashburger L.A. Celebrity Charity Event (Photos) Jan 13th 2013, 03:03 New burger restaurant Smashburger is celebrating the opening of its first Los Angeles proper restaurant in Culver City! As part of the celebration, founder Tom Ryan joined actors Tom Arnold and Noah Munck (of Nickelodon's iCarly) in hosting a special celebrity smashing event with children from non-profit Camp del Corazon. The event kicked off a month long charitable campaign to support Camp del Corazon. One dollar for each LA Smashburger sold will be donated to help support the cause until February 14, 2013. Camp del Corazon is an organization that provides a medically supervised, residential summer camp for children ages 7-17 who are living with heart disease, as well as additional programs for these children and their families. At the event Tom Ryan showed off his new Culver City restaurant while entertaining and feeding many guests including celebrities Tom Arnold and iCarly's Noah Munck. Arnold and Munck interacted with the kids of Camp del Corazon and experienced first-hand what Smashburger has to offer. Allie Is Wired attended the VIP Grand Opening Event later that night, where we enjoyed delicious food and met the great people of Smashburger.
