We get it. Telling you to meditate is a whole lot easier said than done. Sure, research links it to all kinds of health benefits—stress relief, improved memory, and better blood sugar, to name a few—but that won't do you much good if yourblood pressure spikes just thinking about sitting still for five minutes. The good news is that this doesn't mean you can't meditate; you just haven't found the right fit.

"Everyone can meditate," says Sarah McLean, a meditation teacher in Sedona, Arizona, and author of Soul Centered: Transform Your Life in 8 Weeks With Meditation. "Any activity can become a meditative experience if you're really present in the moment and engage your senses."
