Reid during a break in the Kansas City auditions and, with her fiance Jason Trawick by her side, presented Reid with a candle-covered cake. “They don’t have enough candles for my age,” said Reid in a clip that aired on Wednesday night’s show. "Happy Birthday" might just be the beginning of a judge performing on The X Factor. Simon has expressed that he hopes to coax Spears and Lovato in performing together for show’s finale. "I think with a bit of persuasion they’ll do it. I think we should probably wait ’till the finale. But I’d love to see it happen. I think there’s a good chance. I mean, she seems up for it."
