The couple were spotted on an intimate date at the West Hollywood eatery Ago on September 23rd, and they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. "They were really into each other," said a fellow diner who spotted the two stars. "At one point, they were talking real close, and he leaned in and kissed her. They started making out!" The couple first set tongues wagging when when Simon, 52, brought Carmen, 40, on board as a guest judge on Britain's Got Talent. Back in February Carmen tweeted a picture next to Cowell on the set of the show. "Eyes up here @simoncowell" Carmen wrote. Wow, from Dave Navarro to Simon Cowell — downgrade for sure.
