Reportedly, Justin is turning into a demanding troublemaker who loves to smoke marijuana and order people around. According to sources, Bieber's bratty antics have intensified in recent times and his record label and management team is fed up with it. "Justin doesn't seem to care and does whatever he wants," reveals a close source. "He doesn't listen to anyone." Apparently even after having multiple serious talks with the teen star, he still won’t listen to his handlers and continues to cause trouble. "He smokes weed all day, from the time he gets up, and orders everybody around. He's surrounded by hangers-on who say 'yes' to anything he wants. There's no supervision," adds the source. "This could really damage his reputation if they don't get it under control. Justin is someone young teens look up to and this kind of behavior can really hurt his career."
