Britney Spears Is Getting Fired From 'X Factor' Dec 27th 2012, 18:54 Looks like Britney Spears didn’t have the X Factor after all… It is being reported that the former pop icon will be fired from her judging position because she is boring and too expensive! The X Factor wrapped up production on its second on Dec. 20 and negotiations for the third season will begin soon. “Britney will get the boot,” an show insider reveals. “Producers wanted her for the long haul, but it isn’t working.” First off, Britney was paid $15 million dollars to judge and yet she really didn't do much for the show and its ratings. “They paid all that for her to say ‘amazing’ and offer half-claps,” says a source. Also sources are saying that when Simon Cowell hired her he was hoping he would get hot mess Britney, but instead he got boring, sedated Britney. Definitely not worth $15 million. So I guess we will just have to wait and see, but if Britney does return she will be coming back with a severe pay cut and hopefully less medication.
