Skirt Over Dress Still Fashionable? Dec 10th 2012, 14:31 Remember we talked about this trend a while back, when every a – lister, every someone who was something or aspired at a certain status in the fashion world, was wearing a skirt over a dress. However, the trend appears to have faded fast. Have you noticed anyone else wearing their skirt over their dress? Because I haven't. And now I just found the most beautiful interpretation of that trend, on the street catwalk. One that doesn't have me all frowning and asking if that lovely lady dressed in the dark.
